Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of end-to-end project execution and drive meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, professionals who can navigate complexity, align cross functional teams and deliver results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
• Maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk registers
• Act as a central point of communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Track project KPIs and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors to ensure project alignment
• Develop and present executive-level project status reports and dashboards
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Mentor and guide junior team members on project management standards and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field (Graduating 2025 or 2026)
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or management (including internships, academic projects, or real-world experience)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Proficiency in project tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project
