Job Summary

PDS Health is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional projects across its healthcare operations.

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within scope, while ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple projects in a remote environment.

$85,000–$120,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

+ Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Lead project execution from initiation through completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

+ Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress, milestones, and performance metrics
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership
• Maintain accurate project documentation

+ Stakeholder & Team Management

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, marketing, and finance
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to manage expectations
• Resolve conflicts and remove project roadblocks

+ Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes
• Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Support change management initiatives and organizational improvements

+ Tools & Systems

• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar)
• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems for project visibility
• Support adoption of collaboration and workflow tools in a remote environment
