Position Summary

G&M Roofing Professionals is looking for a motivated, self-driven Project/Sales Manager who is passionate about helping homeowners while building a successful career. This position combines sales, project management, customer service, and field operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, competitive, and willing to work hard to generate their own business.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage.
• Meet with homeowners to explain the insurance restoration process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers from inspection through project completion.
• Prepare estimates and present roofing solutions.
• Coordinate scheduling with homeowners, suppliers, and installation crews.
• Manage projects to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Pick up materials from suppliers or local stores when necessary.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with customers.
• Collect payments and complete project documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM.
• Represent G&M Roofing Professionals with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (roofing experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation(LADDER MUST FIT)
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
