About The Role
We are seeking a Program Manager (Employer Liaison) to join our team and play a pivotal role in coordinating employment and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position is vital in bridging the gap between families, individuals, and support staff, ensuring that the right Mentors are recruited, trained, and matched appropriately to meet each person's unique needs. The Employer Liaison will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management of Mentors, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving to foster positive relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by supporting their employment goals and enhancing their community engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be adept at managing remote teams with varying schedules. After the initial training period, the position can be performed on a hybrid basis, utilizing agency-provided technology tools, with regional travel required for meetings, job fairs, and interviews.
