About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Project / Engagement Managers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in managing projects, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and support for projects, meeting deliverables within designated timelines and budgets.
• Ensure accurate project planning and resource allocation.
• Draft and communicate change orders for tasks outside the SOW scope.
• Support the creation of work plans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Manage project administration tasks like updating forecasts, assisting with team scheduling, and internal project initiation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously Maintain weekly variances in margins.
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Project Management, collaborate with stream leads and clients to identify and resolve issues that may impact project scope or timelines.
• Actively participate in project meetings, fostering a proactive approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project achievements.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Flexibil...
