WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in various operational and project-related tasks, with a strong focus on improving workflows and interfaces using Lovable AI. Experience with AI technologies and a solid understanding of how AI can be leveraged to enhance efficiency and effectiveness are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the creation and refinement of interfaces using Lovable AI.
• Help manage and maintain project boards, including creating, updating, and moving tickets as needed.
• Track task progress and assist in ensuring team members meet deadlines.
• Provide general support to the Project Manager across ad hoc operational and project-related tasks.
• Assist in developing project timelines, task lists, and milestones.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and send follow-up communications.
• Assist in improving workflows to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field but no required.
• Experience with Lovable AI is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or Jira.
• 2+ years’ Jira administration experience.
• Familiarity with Coda or equivalent platforms (Notion, Airtable, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, and Agile boards.
• Experience with automation rules and AI-based task/reporting tools.
• Basic scripting/API familiarity is a plus.
