What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide leadership and oversight to other project managers within the IES program
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget while mitigating risks
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across stakeholders
• Manage project teams through the entire systems development life cycle
• Facilitate meetings to clarify business and technical requirements and ensure project objectives are met

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Project Manager
• Minimum four (4) to seven (7) years of experience as a PMO Project Manager in Health and Human Services
• Proven experience managing a program budget of at least $100 million
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Current PMP or project management certification through Project Management Institute

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 1-5 years of experience in data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
