About the Role
As a Product Implementation Manager, you will lead the technical deployment, configuration, integration, and go-live of Elsevier healthcare software solutions for health systems and provider organizations. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet technical, business, and clinical requirements while driving successful adoption and value realization.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation, configuration, deployment, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support for Elsevier healthcare software solutions.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot integrations with customer healthcare systems, EHR platforms, FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR applications, REST integrations, and HL7 v2 interfaces.
- Translate customer business, clinical, and technical requirements into implementation plans, workflows, solution configurations, and readiness activities.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer IT, clinical informatics, interoperability, and operational stakeholders throughout implementation.
