## About ERP and the Project

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach - Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.

## Position Summary

Owns the integrated CPM schedule, progress measurement, critical path, schedule narratives, and forecast-to-complete reporting.

## What You Will Do

• Translate the awarded requirements into controlled scope, WBS, schedule, cost, risk, records, and accountable action owners.
• Coordinate ERP, Government, RICHARD, P3, JV participants, OEMs, and subcontractors through the authorized reporting and escalation chain.
• Maintain timely, auditable records and decision-ready weekly/monthly reporting; identify variances before they affect the critical path.
