Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Manager with deep expertise in CMiC's contract change management functionality, including Potential Change Items (PCIs), Owner Change Orders (OCOs), and Subcontract Change Orders (SCOs) — as well as Cost Forecasting. This individual will serve as the organization's subject-matter expert on CMiC administration, ensuring change events are tracked accurately from origination through owner and subcontractor execution, and that cost forecasts remain current and reliable throughout the project lifecycle.
