Responsibilities:

# What we expect… (Essential Functions)

• Responsible for project setup, budget management, risk management and financial reporting.
• Responsible for supporting cost estimates for projects in the industrial arena.
• Responsible for mentoring and/or training other project team members.
• Responsible for working within boundaries of various contracting methods such as lump sum, GMP, cost plus construction management and fee-based construction. Must understand legal aspects and implications of contractual language.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and third party auditors.
• Responsible for preparing various reports to successfully manage the project(s), such as monthly financial reports, progress analysis/schedules, billings, and status reports. Organize and maintain job files to ensure continuity of workflow. Submit ver...
