About the Role

Francison Consulting, Inc., seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant II to support its Bond Program. This contract position plays a key role in ensuring accurate invoice processing, financial reporting, and bond compliance across one of the largest community college construction programs in the nation.

What You'll Do

• Review, process, and reconcile Bond Program invoices and encumbrances in Proliance (PMIS) and Costpoint
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoice documentation quickly and accurately
• Prepare journal entries, Debit/Credit Memos, and financial account reconciliations
• Assist with financial analyses, trend reporting, and expenditure transparency
• Collaborate with vendors, campus staff, and internal teams on cost commitments and payment issues

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable
• Associate's degree or College Certificate (additional experience may substitute)
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with Proliance, Costpoint, or similar construction/project accounting software

Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
