Program Manager, Strategy & Operations (Remote)

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Strategy & Operations (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.


This role will support strategic planning and operational execution across the organization, with a strong focus on driving alignment, accountability, and follow-through on key priorities. The position will partner closely with operations leaders to keep initiatives moving, surface risks early, and ensure planning processes translate into measurable outcomes. It is well suited for someone who can work across teams, build trusted relationships, and bring structure to complex, cross-functional work in a healthcare environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually


Responsibilities

• Drive accountability for annual operating plan objectives and key results
• Maintain operational tempo through proactive follow-ups
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful OKR execution
• Facilitate annual planning processes and mid-year adjustments
• Refine and document the operating plan playbook for efficiency
• Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews in collaboration with operations leaders
• Build relationships for honest discussions on progress and resource gaps

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Ability to build relationships and influence without authority
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences
• Self-motivated with strong ownership of outcomes
