The Role:

This 2nd-in-command position reports directly to the Owner and plays a critical role in driving performance, improving systems, and setting the precedence of reliability, consistency, and integrity. If you’re someone who thrives on problem-solving, continuous learning, and leading by example, this role is for you.

Your Background & Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, restaurant or related field.
• Ability to plan and execute strategy, improve processes, and lead teams.
• Track record of problem-solving, and on the fly good decision-making, and leadership.
• Experience in organization and structure to improve efficiency, productivity and collaboration.
• Conduct & Elevate Operations by streamlining workflows, optimizing processes, and ensuring peak efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in food production, manufacturing, or a similar leadership role.
• BPCS certification for acidified foods
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership: Ability to train, mentor, and lead a small production team effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
• Detail-Oriented: Commitment to maintaining quality control and accurate record-keeping.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with production equipment, batch records, and inventory systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
