Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Product Owner with direct experience in the residential homebuilding, construction, or construction technology industry to lead the evolution of a SaaS platform designed specifically for home builders. This role requires someone who understands how builders operate from sales, purchasing, construction scheduling, and accounting through project completion and can translate those workflows into impactful product enhancements.


This is not a strategy-only role. You will own the day-to-day execution of the product, manage a small Agile team, prioritize the backlog, work directly with customers, and ensure the platform continues solving real-world challenges for residential home builders.


The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of builder operations, construction workflows, ERP/accounting integrations, and software product management, along with a passion for driving customer adoption and delivering measurable business value.


Key Areas of Responsibility

• Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and market growth within the residential homebuilding industry.
• Partner directly with home builders, construction managers, purchasing teams, and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
