Job Description:
The Senior Associate Product Owner is an individual who has 5+ years of relevant experience working in the capacity of a Business Analyst, Scrum team member, or other IT-related role. It is expected that an Associate Product Owner has a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and understands how to translate business wants and needs into technical specifications for development team members to understand (i.e. User Stories, Features, Acceptance Criteria, etc.). In addition, the Associate Product Owner should have good communication and collaboration skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. In their personal growth, the Associate Product Owner should have or be working towards their Product Owner certification within the first year of hire.


Responsibilities:

  • Working with stakeholders to identify features and/or enhancements that would add value to your product.
  • Managing the product backlog, ensuring items are relevant, prioritized, and ordered.
