The Role:

TARA Mind is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Product Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our company. This is a critical, multifaceted role for a natural problem-solver who thrives on bridging the gap between strategic vision and tactical execution. You will own the product roadmap, drive disciplined project management across key initiatives, and manage the core operational cadence that keeps our business running smoothly.
