Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Kolo.inen's SaaS offerings.
- Conduct continuous market research and gather feedback from customers to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and sales to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Lead product design and development efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric products that meet customer needs.
- Analyze and track product performance and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and improve user experience.
- Stay current with market trends, competition, and industry best practices, and leverage them to drive product innovation.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a bonus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products that meet or exceed business objectives.
