Product Manager (Payments)

What You Will Own You'll take full ownership of one of the following backend-driven products within the Payments direction:

• Tokenization system - storing and reusing sensitive card data securely across transactions
• Payment processing and orchestration - routing and executing payment flows reliably at scale
• MPI / payment authentication - handling 3DS and authentication protocols that protect both merchants and users
• Payment method and bank orchestration - managing connections to acquirers, banks, and alternative payment methods

Your responsibilities across whichever product you own:

• Drive execution - ship projects and features that move the product forward, hit commitments, and unblock the team
• Run discovery - identify growth opportunities, structure ideas, and conduct research to validate what to build next
• Own planning and prioritization - build and maintain a clear roadmap, make trade-off calls grounded in business goals, and keep the team focused on what matters most
• Lead your cross-functional team - connect engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders into a coherent delivery machine
• Set the standard - bring the craft: structured thinking, clear documentation, sharp prioritization, and a culture of shipping with quality
• Measure and improve - define success metrics, track outcomes, and use data to course-correct fast
