Product Manager, nCode

About this role

We're looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the evolution of our nCode DesignLife and GlyphWorks software suite. This role is pivotal in defining and supporting the development of industry-leading durability, fatigue, and engineering data analytics solutions that deliver exceptional value to our customers and the business.

As Product Manager, you will work closely with customers, application engineers, software developers, and portfolio leadership to shape the future of our durability and reliability offerings while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• **Own the product vision and roadmap** for nCode DesignLife and GlyphWorks, aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
• **Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams** to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that provide measurable customer value.
• **Engage directly with customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders** to understand workflows, validate requirements, and identify emerging market trends.
• **Define and communicate product strategy**, ensuring transparency and alignment across internal teams, sales channels, and portfolio leadership.
• **Support PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt events**, providing product context, priorities, and feedback to Scrum teams and the Agile Release Train (ART).
• **Represent the voice of the customer** throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet the needs of durability engineers, simulation analysts, test engineers, and data scientists.
• **Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams** to develop positioning, messaging, training, and go-to-market activities for new releases and strategic initiatives.
