Accountabilities

• Conduct customer discovery and manage the product delivery and development lifecycle.
• Define and prioritize product suite strategy based on market and customer insights.
• Analyze large volumes of data to drive product development and boost customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to assess product needs and manage feedback.
• Adapt working hours flexibly to meet the global nature of the role.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention, statistical modeling, or AI/machine learning.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets in relation to machine learning and AI algorithms.
• Commitment to high-quality user experiences, always prioritizing customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with decision-making ability under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, is preferred.
