Your job is to lead the product lifecycle with surgical precision, bridging the gap between engineering, design, and our global player community. This is a remote, high-availability role for a builder who views a product as a living, breathing ecosystem and is comfortable operating at the absolute frontier of the Web3 economy.

### Key Responsibilities

• **Roadmap Orchestration:** Own the product strategy and execution, transforming high-level vision into actionable, high-velocity development cycles in **Linear**.
• **Feature Discovery:** Proactively identify and define new product opportunities by analyzing player data, emerging Web3 trends, and competitive market shifts.
• **Surgical Prioritization:** Manage the product backlog with a cold, calculated focus on ROI, ensuring our engineering and design resources are always focused on the highest-impact moves.
• **Cross-Functional Sync:** Act as the primary bridge between Design, Engineering, and Marketing, ensuring every launch is perfectly aligned with the **Partyhat** "vibe" and technical standards.
• **Data-Driven Iteration:** Use internal analytics and feedback tools to rigorously analyze feature performance, making fast, data-backed decisions on what to scale and what to sunset.
