### Requirements

### 🧭 What makes you a great match

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the iGaming;
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch;
• In-depth expertise in: launching a brand from scratch in a Tier 1 market, setting up a loyalty program, retention strategies, and developing a VIP-focused product;
• Strong analytical skills — ability to translate data into actionable insights and product decisions;
• Experience in launching projects using white-label or turnkey models;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the company;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools Asana;
• Understanding of user experience design principles and best practices;
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving user problems.

### 🔍 Bonus points if you have

• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing product features based on user feedback;

• Knowledge of performance marketing and analytics platforms;
• A background in data science or statistics;
• Experience in stakeholder management and leading product demos.
