What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide direction for mapping business processes using advanced methodologies
• Design, develop, and implement complex data reporting and business intelligence systems
• Perform complex data analyses and reporting to support decision-making
• Serve as a subject matter expert for institutional and unit leadership on technology issues
• Lead projects and provide guidance to lower-level IT staff on specific project goals and outcomes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven ability to perform complex data collection and analysis
• Attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data into presentations and materials
• Experience analyzing business needs and recommending relevant solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities
• 3+ years' experience working with Workday or cloud ERP system maintenance
• Experience working in HR or cross-functional teams
