We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead one of our flagship AI products – ‘Student Assistant’. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership: from defining product vision and aligning stakeholders across countries, to overseeing delivery and launch at scale.

In our matrix organization, you will work closely with engineering, data science, research, content, legal, commercial, and local country teams. You will report to the ‘Senior Director Data & AI’ for day-to-day delivery and to the ‘Product Management competence lead’ for your professional development.

Your key responsibilities

• **Define, own, and communicate the product vision and roadmap** for customer-facing AI applications, aligned with Sanoma Learning’s AI strategy and market needs across multiple countries

• **Lead cross-functional collaboration** across engineering, data science, integrations, legal, content, commercial, and country organizations to turn strategy into shipped outcomes

• **Own end-to-end product delivery**, including discovery, prioritization, release planning, launch coordination, and post-launch optimization

• **Oversee product releases and dependencies across multiple teams**, ensuring quality, continuity, and readiness for market

• **Translate strategic goals into actionable plans** by refining epics, features, and stories, keeping priorities transparent and focused on user and business impact

• **Champion data-informed decision-making**, leveraging usage analytics, experiments, and user research to continuously improve learning outcomes and adoption

• **Act as a steward of ethical AI and data privacy**, ensuring learner trust is embedded in all product decisions
