In this role, you will own product outcomes from concept to adoption, balancing strategic roadmap planning with hands-on agile delivery. You will identify repetitive, error-prone processes and develop solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate client workflows. Working closely with engineering, marketing, and client-facing teams, you will turn customer insights and product data into measurable improvements. You will also integrate AI into your daily work to streamline product discovery, requirements development, and delivery. ### Accountabilities

• Own product strategy and outcomes: Maintain a Now/Next/Later roadmap aligned with business objectives and planning cycles. Define measurable success criteria, establish realistic delivery commitments, and make informed decisions to adjust, deprioritize, or discontinue initiatives when evidence indicates they will not achieve the intended outcomes.
• Lead product development from concept to adoption: Shape new products, features, and concepts from initial discovery through launch and adoption. Reassess existing product areas, refine requirements as new information emerges, and make effective scope decisions in uncertain or evolving environments.
