Summary

ProBridge Services is seeking a Symitar Business Systems Analyst to support our growing Core Support Services practice. This role requires hands-on Symitar PowerOn development experience and working knowledge of ARCU reporting with SQL skills to support reporting, data analysis, extracts, and integrations across multiple credit union clients.

This is a hands-on, development-focused role that combines requirements analysis with technical execution. The position works directly with stakeholders to define and document business needs while also building and delivering solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning work from initial discussion through implementation.

Responsibilities

Core Development

- Design, develop, test, and implement PowerOn programs and scripts within Symitar

- Build and enhance functionality supporting: 


- Lending and servicing operations

- Member service and teller processes

- Batch processing and automation

- Data extracts and integrations

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

- Maintain and optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability

Requirements & Solution Delivery

- Collaborate directly with credit union stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements

- Translate requirements into practical, executable technical solutions
