What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead complex technology and process-driven projects, ensuring effective technology transfer into new product development
• Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, budgets, risks, and progress reporting
• Collaborate across business units to maintain integrated advanced technology and manufacturing process roadmaps
• Facilitate technology reviews and decision forums to guide project outcomes
• Contribute to the development and deployment of new project management tools and best practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years of professional experience
• 5-6 years of project management experience in a commercial environment focused on hardware development for AI, datacenter, or telecom applications
• Project management certification (PMP, CSM, MPM, or equivalent)
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and mentor project managers
• Strong understanding of Stage-Gate processes for technology development
