About The Role
The
Principal Product Manager - Strategic Accounts
serves as the bridge between customers, product strategy, and market innovation. This role serves as the main product partner working directly with enterprise clients to uncover needs, co-create solutions, influence product direction, and drive adoption. The position combines product management, customer partnership, technical consulting, and change management to deliver measurable business outcomes, while balancing client priorities with scalable product strategy.


Location
: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility or may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America.


What You’ll Do (Essential Responsibilities)

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Leadership: Contribute to product strategy, prioritization, roadmap planning, and outcome measurement while representing customer and market perspectives.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders and serve as a strategic product partner.
