About this role
The Opportunity
Adobe Firefly is built on a growing ecosystem of third-party AI models. This Principal PM role is the product authority for that ecosystem, from partner evaluation through production across Firefly, Photoshop, Premiere, and other surfaces.
This is the single product point of contact and decision-making authority for Adobe’s third-party model strategy, regularly influencing outcomes at the Vice President level. The work includes policy-sensitive decisions—geopolitical model strategy, data hosting, partner viability—where real judgment is required, not just coordination.
What You’ll Do Strategy & Roadmap
Own the multi-year third-party model roadmap: new model onboarding, launches, in-app experiences, and deprecations
Define which models Adobe integrates, under what conditions, and in what order
Lead all high-stakes model strategy decisions: geopolitical and data hosting strategy, early access programs, and partner model policy
Define enterprise differentiation strategy: what individual users get, what enterprise admins control, and what larger customers require
Own the success metrics framework for the third-party model program and report performance to senior leadership
Launch Execution & Operations
Author product requirements for new partner model integrations and lead launch coordination across engineering, product marketing, legal, finance, and security
Serve as the decision authority when product, finance, legal, and privacy teams cannot align—the one others bring problems to, not the one who passes them up
Manage the model onboarding workflow: finance approval routing, legal and privacy clearance, security review coordination
Track capacity planning across active partners flagging risks before they become problems
Resolve customer-facing partner model issues raised by customer success, solutions engineers, and field teams
