FULL-TIME REMOTE - Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications, both front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Build dynamic and responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like **React**, **Angular**.
• Develop and maintain back-end services using **.NET Core**, **C#**, **Node.js**, or other relevant technologies, integrating with databases and third-party services via **REST APIs**.
• Architect and implement microservices and serverless solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in web development, cloud technologies (**AWS**, **Azure**), and software best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end components for performance and scalability.
• Work within Agile teams, leading the delivery of high-quality, fully integrated solutions on time.
• Collaborate on system architecture decisions, helping to shape the development process and tooling.
