Location: Atlanta, GA 30354 – Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, automate, and distribute reports and analytics.
• Track flight attendant hours for paid sick leave accrual.
• Provide data-driven insights to support operational performance and decision-making.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis related to reliability, performance, commuter policies, and investigations.
• Support process improvements and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business, Program Management, or related fields.
- Advanced
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
skills.
- Basic
SAS/SQL
programming skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with
Power BI, Tableau, R, and advanced SAS/SQL
is a plus.
