Pega Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Pega Business Systems Analyst to support application design and delivery, with a focus on Constellation implementations and App Studio configuration. This role bridges business requirements and technical execution, shaping solutions early to ensure scalability, usability, and alignment with Pega best practices.


Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements and UX concepts into Constellation-aligned designs (case types, workflows, views, data models)
• Lead case lifecycle design, user journeys, and data modeling
• Drive solution configuration using App Studio
• Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, Constellation standards, and reusable design patterns
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder collaboration
• Partner with architects and developers to refine requirements and ensure accurate delivery
• Shape and refine user stories with clear, build-ready acceptance criteria
• Identify dependencies, integration needs, and potential customization requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree
• 6-10 years of Pega experience
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Constellation implementations
• Strong experience with App Studio configuration (not Dev Studio-first)
• Background in Business Architecture, process design, and workflow modeling
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog shaping
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Banking/financial services experience preferred
