The
Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
will serve as a functional and technical expert in
Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (OTL)
, supporting configuration, production operations, integrations, and continuous enhancement initiatives. This role partners closely with Payroll, Absence, HR, and IT teams to ensure accurate time capture, processing, and downstream payroll integration. The ideal candidate must be an OTL expert with a production troubleshooting mindset, strong cross-module knowledge, and the ability to diagnose real-world data and integration issues quickly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, configuration, and support of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) solutions
• Support the Time Card lifecycle including entry, validation, approvals, and payroll integration
• Own business requirements, functional design, and solution validation for OTL enhancements
• Investigate and resolve production defects, data discrepancies, and integration issues
• Partner with Oracle Support (using SRs) for defect triage and resolution
• Perform root cause analysis across Time, Absence, and Payroll interactions
