Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs across Finance (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and other Oracle SaaS platforms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing global Oracle Cloud implementations, leading cross-functional teams, driving project governance, and delivering complex business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations across ERP, SCM, EPM, and related modules.
• Manage global onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Drive project planning, governance, execution, risk, and budget management.
• Facilitate client workshops and business process design discussions.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Build strong client relationships and provide executive-level project updates.
• Support best practices, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and solution development.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree.
- 9–13 years of experience managing full-lifecycle Oracle implementations.
- Must have delivered at least
5–6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion or multi-pillar implementations
.
- Strong experience across Oracle ERP, SCM, and/or EPM.
- Proficiency in Scrum methodology and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards.
- Experience managing global implementations and international delivery teams.
- Strong consulting, business analysis, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple assignments and complex stakeholder environments.
