About This Job

The Operations Program Manager is a highly capable individual contributor responsible for driving operational improvements, implementing systems, and leading high-impact projects across the organization. This role works across teams and markets to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and turn ideas into scalable, repeatable solutions.

This person should be highly organized, tech-savvy, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from initial problem definition through implementation. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, collaborate with teams across the organization, and continuously look for better ways to operate.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead cross-functional operational projects from initial concept through planning, implementation, rollout, and ongoing optimization, establishing timelines and milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and proactively addressing risks or roadblocks.
