Elder Care Homecare is a growing private pay homecare agency serving New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, with further expansion planned. Our nurses and home health aides support clients in their homes and assisted living communities, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Nassau and/or Suffolk offices. This role brings together team leadership, client communication, staffing coordination, and compliance support to keep our offices running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of operations and people management experience, preferably in homecare or assisted living, and a hands-on approach to solving problems and supporting a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations in support of “The Elder Care Way.”
• Coordinate client communication across internal teams to ensure timely follow-through.
• Identify recurring client experience concerns and recommend practical solutions.
• Hold employees accountable for assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Regional Director of Operations.
• Partner with the Sales Team and internal staffing teams to ensure client needs are staffed appropriately.
• Ensure office and nursing team supplies are readily available.
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding caregivers.
• Track and document compliance reports.
• Attend compliance and staffing meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of operational leadership experience.
• Three or more years of people management experience.
