Bilingual Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning Company

We are a growing commercial cleaning company based in Los Angeles looking for a dependable, highly organized Bilingual Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations.

This is a long-term, fixed monthly position for someone who wants to become an important part of the business. We are not looking for someone juggling many freelance clients or looking for a short-term project.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will help make sure the business runs smoothly each day, including:

• Communicating with clients by email, phone, and text
• Scheduling cleaning jobs and coordinating cleaner teams
• Handling schedule changes, call-outs, and operational issues
• Following up with leads and prospective clients
• Managing calendars and keeping schedules accurate
• Preparing and tracking invoices
• Tracking client payments and following up when necessary
• Coordinating with cleaners and subcontractors through WhatsApp
• Making sure important client and team requests are followed through to completion
• Requesting reviews and following up with clients after service
• Identifying problems early and helping make sure they are resolved

• Comfortable working independently without constant supervision

You must be fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, and comfortable handling professional phone calls, texts, and messages in both languages.
