NonProfit Fiscal Management LLC (NPFM) provides outsourced financial management services to mission-driven nonprofit organizations across the country. Our work closes the financial expertise gap many nonprofits face by delivering full-spectrum financial services, from basic transaction processing to CFO-level strategic guidance.

We are a fully remote, paperless team of 12, including accountants, data services and implementation specialists, and our CPA founder.
The Opportunity
As an Accountant at NPFM, you will manage the day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of nonprofit clients under the supervision of our founder and CPA. You will collaborate closely with fellow accountants, data service specialists, and organizational leadership to provide financial services that are accurate, timely, and easy for clients to understand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, spreadsheets, and mission-driven work. You will support organizations with budgeting, transactional review, grant reporting, and audit preparation.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Accountant at NPFM, you will:
- Manage monthly and quarterly close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
