What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations and cross-functional project delivery.
• Lead operational meetings, resource planning, and KPI reporting.
• Improve workflows, SOPs, and project management processes.
• Review proposals and support seamless project startup and execution.
• Remove operational bottlenecks while driving accountability and continuous improvement.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong background in engineering consulting operations.
• Deep understanding of the engineering project lifecycle.
• Experience with Monday.com, Microsoft 365, and KPI-driven operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
