Client Software Engineer

$100–$120/hour
Location:
Onsite - Seattle, open to Hybrid
Commitment:
3 days onsite/week
Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop software systems using principles of computer science and mathematical analysis.
• Evaluate and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android or iOS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues, making system changes as needed.
• Work independently to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Provide mentoring and feedback to support team members' growth and performance.

Qualifications
Must-Have

• 2+ years experience building mobile applications on Android or iOS.
• Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management.
• Shipped at least one large-scale product supporting millions of active users.
• Strong experience in building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing.

Preferred

• Knowledge of SQL, VisualBasic, and other computer development software.
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle from analysis to delivery.
