We’re looking for a Project Manager who can manage complex work across people, processes, and business goals, someone who can hold the big picture and connect everyday work to measurable results for clients, teams, and the company.

### About the Role
We’re opening this role to bring in a senior Project Manager who can fully own one or two complex projects and connect them to the broader business system. You’ll oversee the entire project structure so that work is manageable and clearly tied to client goals and our mission. The role is remote and requires working hours that overlap with U.S.-based clients (primarily EST time zone).
### What You’ll Do
- Own one or two complex projects end to end: goals, scope, timelines, risks, team, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Design and run clear, lightweight processes so work is visible, predictable, and fully integrated into company systems rather than managed in isolation.
- Translate business and product strategy into concrete priorities and roadmaps for the team, and keep communication clear between the client, the team, and internal stakeholders.
- Build trust-based relationships with clients, act as their main partner, and identify upsell or expansion opportunities when they make sense.
- Steer project economics (revenue, margin), monitor performance, and adjust plans proactively.
