Responsibilities:

System Administration & DevOps:

• Manage, maintain, and monitor cloud and on-premises infrastructure (Linux/Windows servers, VMs, containers)
• Administer and optimise CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Implement and maintain security protocols, access controls, and compliance standards
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, proactively resolving issues
• Manage DNS, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Maintain disaster recovery plans, backup procedures, and business continuity protocols

Bitrix24 Administration & Development:

• Administer and configure the organisation's Bitrix24 environment (CRM, tasks, workflows, communication tools)
• Build and maintain Bitrix24 automation rules, business processes, and workflow triggers
• Develop and deploy Bitrix24 chatbots and virtual assistants using the Bitrix24 REST API and Open Channels
• Integrate Bitrix24 with third-party applications via REST API, webhooks, and middleware tools
• Create and maintain user roles, permissions, and onboarding configurations within Bitrix24
• Troubleshoot Bitrix24 platform issues and liaise with Bitrix24 support where required AI Agent & Bot Development
