Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell proprietary biologic implants to orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, and surgery center accounts. You will drive product adoption in the OR, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and grow revenue in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new business with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and key hospital/ASC decision-makers.
- Provide in-service training and case support in the OR to ensure successful product adoption.
- Build consultative relationships with surgeons and hospital administration.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Develop and execute territory business plans including competitive conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Attend trade shows, surgical conferences, and regional events to generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, FDA regulations, and AdvaMed standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopedics, sports medicine, or biologics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex surgical concepts.
- Existing surgeon relationships in the territory is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a startup environment.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory; overnight travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; valid driver's license required.
