Mass Tort Data Analyst (Lien Resolution)

Zipliens is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Mass Tort Data Analyst to help drive our data processes forward. You will serve as a key contributor across active client projects, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver actionable insights and robust data solutions that support our Mass Tort operations, with a strong emphasis on lien resolution workflows.

This role requires prior experience in the personal injury, mass tort, or lien resolution space. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a track record of owning data workflows, and a passion for improving systems at scale.

### Requirements

### Responsibilities:

• Obtain, validate, and organize large client data sets for use within the Zipliens platform.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all data deliverables.
• Manage recurring data exchanges with external agencies (e.g., Medicare, LRP vendors, Medicaid), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver customized reporting solutions and visualizations to meet internal and external needs.
• Work with client data teams to improve onboarding and file delivery processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in recurring workflows, lead optimization initiatives, and document processes and standards to support internal consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with developers to define requirements and support tool development in the Zipliens portal.
• Provide department leadership with metrics, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations.
• Communicate data challenges and solutions clearly and succinctly across teams.
