Key Responsibilities

  • Own SDR & Marketing reporting and performance analytics, enhancing existing foundations to deliver actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain key SDR workflows across prospecting, sequencing, and lead follow-up.
  • Manage event lead uploads and post-event data processing, streamlining coordination between Field Marketing and Demand Gen.
  • Own lead routing & scoring logic, continuously refining rules for fast, accurate distribution to the appropriate representatives.
  • Build and optimize enrichment and outreach workflows to automate prospecting, lead scoring, and account research.
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities across SDR, Demand Gen, and ABM programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM Ops role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and relevant tools.
  • Hands-on experience with lead routing, lead scoring, campaign attribution, and list management.
