, where you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our competitive position and accelerating sales growth. In this role, you’ll dive deep into market intelligence, lead research initiatives, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. As the champion of Business Development data integrity, you’ll help shape smarter decisions, support our Chief Commercial Officer and Business Development team, and ensure our organization stays ahead in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
Key Performance Objectives
3 - 6 months
- Become familiar with Kimball Electronics – Introduction to Kimball Electronics including shop floor manufacturing, facilities, structure of our business, commercial business/contract manufacturing, etc.
- Understand the Kimball Electronics internal financial, market, customer, and competitor data sources and programs utilized to access and to synthesize the data.
- Report to the CCO and Market Leaders monthly on accomplishments, provide observations and opportunities for improvement of data analysis within Kimball Electronics.
