Job Title: Manager, Site Innovation & Operations, NA Ecommerce

Primary Purpose: Lead the execution of a best-in-class product discovery experience, partnering with Digital Product, Design, UX and eComm teams to deliver a seamless, clear path to purchase. Own end-to-end discovery performance, driving innovation across Search, PLP, and Navigation to enhance findability, engagement, and conversion.

- Influence and collaborate on the product discovery innovation roadmap, workstream and execution
- Shape and drive execution of the discovery roadmap, aligned to business priorities and customer needs
- Lead the Search, PLP and Navigation innovation workstream, shaping the vision to drive conversion, engagement, and findability
- Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring accountability to timelines, quality standards, and successful implementation (BAT)
- Ensure a high-quality discovery experience by identifying gaps and friction points and driving improvements
