Your Role at Sephora : Ready for a career glow up? As a Product Design Manager, you will be at the helm of a dynamic team that shapes the future of beauty retail experiences. You'll lead design across a broad, connected portfolio spanning the moments where clients discover, transact, get support, and trust us with their information, across both in-store and online experiences. Youll lead design of AI-powered and agentic experiences, identifying opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve the client journey, including discovery, personalized recommendations, product education, beauty advice, and seamless connections between digital and in-store experiences. Youll have the opportunity to help define how our teams use AIfrom accelerating discovery and prototyping to shaping more personalized and intuitive client experiences.
