Major Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of revenue and regulatory analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the allocation of rebates and administrative fees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Manage GPO rostering processes, including onboarding, maintenance, and reporting for all relevant locations.
• Direct and coordinate “ship to” location builds in Workday and GHX, ensuring data integrity and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, supply chain, and external partners to optimize location and revenue operations workflows.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue operations, rebate allocation, and location management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and revenue capture
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to location and revenue operations

• None

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required or 5 years of direct relevant work experience in healthcare supply chain will be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience Required:

• 5 years minimum required experience working in contracting, group purchasing organization, procurement, or supply chain in a healthcare setting. Non-healthcare industry experience will be considered in lieu of direct healthcare experience.
